  • How do I apply for an apartment at Queen Anne Collection?

    Applications are available online through our Floor Plans page. Just select the home you’re interested in and click the “Apply” button that will appear. If online access is a challenge, paper applications are also available in our office.

  • What documents do I need to provide for the application process?

    You’ll need to provide a photo ID and proof of income. If you have pets, vaccination records and photos are required, along with any documentation for Emotional Support or Service Animals, if applicable.
  • What are the income requirements to qualify for an apartment?

    Applicants must show income equal to three times the monthly rent. Guarantors are required to meet an income threshold of four times the monthly rent.
  • What is the lease term for the apartments?

    Lease terms range from 12 to 18 months, depending on availability at the time of leasing.
  • Can I sublease my apartment?

    For the comfort of all residents in our community, subleasing is not allowed at Queen Anne Collection.
  • Is renter's insurance required?

    Yes. Residents are required to carry renter’s insurance with a minimum of $300,000 in personal liability coverage, along with other policy-specific requirements.
  • How do I renew my lease?

    Renewal notices are sent at least 180 days before your lease end date. Available renewal options and rates can be reviewed and selected through your resident portal.
  • Does Queen Anne Collection offer affordable housing options?

    At this time, Queen Anne Collection does not participate in MFTE or MHA affordable housing programs.
  • Are there move-in or application fees?

    Application fees are $50 per adult applicant. A $500 holding deposit is collected when you apply and helps reserve the apartment while your application is being reviewed.
  • Are there services to help with the move-in process?

    While we don’t offer formal moving services, our on-site team is always happy to answer questions and help where we can as you prepare for move-in.
  • Are there any restrictions on decorating or modifying the apartment?

    You’re welcome to make your apartment feel like home. Any changes that cause damage will need to be repaired, and the apartment should be returned to its original condition at move-out to avoid additional fees.
  • What happens if I need to break my lease?

    We understand that plans can change. Our lease outlines two early termination options: you can either pay a $500 reletting fee plus the remaining rent through your lease term, or choose a buyout option equal to three times the monthly rent plus any concessions received. Full details are included in the lease agreement.
  • How much notice is required before moving out?

    We ask for at least 20 days’ written notice before your intended move-out date so we can plan accordingly and support a smooth transition.
  • What is the process for moving out?

    You’ll need to submit our property’s official Notice to Vacate form at least 20 days before your move-out date. Once received, our team will share a move-out guide that walks through the next steps and what to expect.
  • How long does it typically take to receive the security deposit refund?

    Move-out statements are typically generated within five days. If a refund is due, it’s most often sent by check and received within 30 days.
  • How much is the security deposit, and when is it due?

    The $500 holding deposit you pay when applying transfers to your security deposit once your application is approved. If an application is approved with conditions, an additional deposit of up to one month’s rent may be required at the time of move-in.
  • Are utilities included in the rent?

    Utilities are not included in base rent. Some utilities—such as water, sewer, trash, common-area electricity, and pest control—are billed monthly, while electricity through Seattle City Light is paid directly by residents.
  • Which Wi-Fi providers can I use?

    Residents may choose from several providers, including Xfinity, Quantum, Verizon, and T-Mobile, giving you flexibility based on your needs.
  • How can I pay my rent?

    Rent is paid through Bilt Rewards, our preferred rent payment platform. We also accept personal checks, cashier’s checks, and money orders brought directly to the office. Cash payments are not accepted.
  • Are there other fees, such as monthly amenity fees or a technology fee?

    No—there are no additional mandatory monthly fees beyond rent, utilities, and pet rent (if applicable), which is detailed in the Pets section below.
  • Is parking available? Is there an additional fee for parking?

    Yes, parking is available for residents. Parking spaces cost $200 per month for each space, and availability depends on the building.
  • Are there any restrictions on overnight guests?

    We offer prorated guest parking, depending on availability. We recommend checking with the office ahead of time so we can help coordinate options.
  • Are there EV Charging stations at Queen Anne Collection Apartments?

    Yes, EV charging stations are currently available at our Towne building.
  • How do I submit maintenance requests?

    You can submit maintenance requests through RentCafe using your resident portal at any time. If you prefer, you’re also welcome to contact the office, and our team can help submit a request on your behalf.
  • How quickly are maintenance issues addressed?

    Under normal circumstances, maintenance requests are addressed within 48 hours. Urgent issues are prioritized, and our team works to respond as quickly as possible.
  • Do you allow pets in the apartments?

    Yes, Queen Anne Collection is a pet-friendly community, and we’re happy to welcome cats and dogs into our apartment homes.
  • Is there a pet deposit or a monthly pet fee?

    A $300 pet deposit is required per home, along with $50 in monthly pet rent for each pet. These fees help support shared spaces and pet-friendly features throughout the community

    Each apartment home may have up to two pets. Breed and species restrictions do apply, and our leasing team is happy to provide the full list and answer any questions whenever you need.

    The community includes an on-site pet washing station, so you can care for your pet like a pro without leaving home.

    You’ll have access to a range of shared spaces throughout the community, including a fitness center, multiple rooftop decks, terraces, and a resident lounge.
  • Are there laundry facilities in the complex?

    A washer-dryer combo is provided inside each apartment home, so you can take care of it on your own terms. There’s no shared laundry room in the community.

    Yes, all apartments are equipped for high-speed internet.

    Packages are delivered to a centralized package locker located in Towne, where you can easily pick them up when convenient for you.
